Every time you flush a toilet in your home, take a shower, run the washing machine, dishwasher, or wash your hands, water and particles are going down in to your septic tank. Slowly over time sludge and other sediments accumulate in the tank while the water enters the drainfield and leaches into the ground.  Over time 2-3 years the sediment and sludge accumulate inside the tank. When this happens, it's time for a septic pump out. We recommend scheduling regular septic pump outs with us every 2-3 years in order to help prolong the life of your septic system as well reducing the risk of your septic backing  up into your house. When we come to to do your Septic Tank Servicing, we require both sides on the lids to be dug up prior to our arrival. Once we get on side we will take the lids off.
